Independent guide
CSSBuy Spreadsheet
A curated catalogue of the best selling, best reviewed items on Taobao, 1688 and Weidian. Every entry carries QC photos, a price and what buyers said, so you can judge something before you spend on it. Around that sit guides on picking an agent and the shopping experience other people already paid to learn.
Searches run on W2CSpreadsheet and open in a new tab.

What CSSBuy commits to
Four numbers worth knowing before you start
All four come from CSSBuy's own pages, read on 3 September 2026. They describe how the service behaves, not how much anything costs, because prices move and we do not quote them here.
Counted from the In Warehouse status. Extendable per order for a monthly fee.
After your payment clears. CSSBuy operates seven days a week outside holidays.
Only if the seller accepts returns and you pay the return postage.
Appearance and size are checked and photographed before anything ships.
The catalogue
What a CSSBuy spreadsheet actually is
It is a shopping catalogue that has already been filtered. Somebody went through Taobao, 1688 and Weidian, pulled out the items that sell well and review well, and put each one on a card with the things you need in order to judge it: QC photos of the real product, the price, and what buyers said after it arrived.
Around the products sit the other half: how to pick an agent, what the fees actually cover, what other shoppers got wrong. That is the part that stops you paying to learn the same lesson twice.
The purpose is narrow and practical. Spend less time hunting, spend less money on mistakes, end up with a better item and a better agent to buy it through.
The agent
And what CSSBuy does with it
CSSBuy is a buying agent. Chinese marketplaces like Taobao, Tmall, JD, 1688 and Weidian mostly will not ship abroad and mostly will not take a foreign card. CSSBuy sits in the middle: it buys on your behalf, receives the parcel at its own warehouse, photographs what turned up, holds it while you decide, and then ships it to you.
That middle position is the whole product. You are not paying for a shop. You are paying for someone with a Chinese address, a Chinese payment method and a camera.
Why any of this exists
The stock is in China. You are not.
Taobao, 1688 and Weidian between them list more product than any Western marketplace, at prices set for a domestic market. Almost none of it ships abroad, almost none of it takes a foreign card, and none of it is written in a language most buyers read.
A curated catalogue solves the finding problem. An agent solves the buying problem. You need both, which is why this site covers both.

Sixteen categories to start from
Each card opens that category in the spreadsheet. Some categories carry complications worth knowing about before you buy, and the notes say which.
The process
From a link to a parcel, in outline
CSSBuy runs two routes and each is six steps. Here are the three things that people misjudge most often. The full walkthrough shows every one of them.
You pay twice
Once for the goods and Chinese domestic postage, then later for international shipping. Budgeting only for the first number is the most common surprise.
The warehouse is a waiting room
Items sit there until you tell them to ship. That is deliberate: it lets you gather several orders and send them as one box.
Shipping is a deposit first
You pay an estimate, the carrier weighs the real box, and the difference comes back to your account balance.

Every screen, in order, with the official interface next to it.
Judgement
Choosing well, and the mistakes that cost money
Most bad outcomes are decided before you pay. A listing with three stolen photos and no measurements will not improve because you hoped. A pair of headphones will quietly cut your shipping options down to a handful of lines because of the battery inside.
Two pages cover this: one on reading a listing well enough to commit, one on the specific traps that catch first orders.
When something goes wrong
Help, sorted by what you are actually asking
Buying questions
Links that will not load, sellers with minimum quantities, items the search cannot find, and what to do when a purchase fails after you have paid.
Shipping questions
Choosing a line, what restricted goods actually means in practice, consolidation, customs and what CSSBuy can and cannot do once a box has left.
Fees and charges
Every point where money leaves your hands, in the order it happens, plus the deposit mechanism that confuses almost everyone the first time.
Updates
Holiday closures, storage policy changes and anything else CSSBuy announces that changes how you should plan an order.
Common questions
Five things people ask first
Is the CSSBuy spreadsheet a file I download?
No. It is a browsable catalogue of product listings, sorted into categories with pictures and agent links. You open it in your browser and click through to whatever you want to order. There is nothing to download and nothing to install.
Do I need a CSSBuy account before I start browsing?
No. You can browse the catalogue without an account. You only need to register with CSSBuy when you are ready to place a real order, because that is where payment and your parcel details live.
How long can items sit in the warehouse before I have to ship them?
CSSBuy gives 90 days of free storage counted from the moment an order reaches the In Warehouse status. After that you can extend for a small monthly fee per order. If an order passes 90 days with no shipment and no extension, CSSBuy treats it as abandoned. Source: the Q&A on the CSSBuy home page, read 3 September 2026.
What happens if an item arrives and it is wrong?
CSSBuy inspects items when they reach the warehouse and photographs them. If the seller listed the item as returnable, the item is still within seven days of arriving, and you cover the return postage, they can send it back for you. Outside those conditions a return is not guaranteed. See the official return policy.
Why does the shipping cost change after I pay it?
What you pay first is a deposit calculated from estimated weight, your chosen line and your destination. The carrier then weighs and measures the actual box. If the two differ, CSSBuy returns the difference to your account balance. This is why the number on the calculator and the number on your invoice are rarely identical.
