Who publishes this
The editorial team at cssbuyfind.com. We build and maintain English guides for readers buying from Chinese marketplaces through agents.
Corrections, complaints and factual disputes: [email protected]. If we have something wrong we would rather hear it than keep publishing it.
How it is funded
We are a partner site. Some links to CSSBuy and to W2CSpreadsheet carry a referral tag, and we may earn a commission if you register or order through them. It costs you nothing extra.
It also does not buy influence over what we write. The guide pages say plainly when another agent, or no agent at all, would suit you better.
What we cannot do
We cannot look up an order, track a parcel, issue a refund, change an address, extend storage or contact a seller for you. None of that is visible to us.
Anything involving a real order goes to CSSBuy support, ideally through the note attached to that order.
Our relationship with CSSBuy

What being a partner does and does not mean
It means we are in CSSBuy's referral programme and they know this site exists. It does not mean they write it, review it or approve it before publication. Nobody at CSSBuy saw these pages before you did.
The practical test of that is whether a partner site will tell you not to use the thing it earns from. This one does: the comparison page lists four situations where another agent, or no agent at all, is the better call, including single cheap orders and anything with a fixed deadline.
If that section ever disappears, you will know something changed.
How the facts here are sourced
Four rules, applied to every page.
Primary sources only
Policies come from CSSBuy's own pages, not from other guides. Where we state a term such as the storage window, we say where it came from and when we read it.
Dated, not undated
Anything that can change carries the date we last verified it. A fact without a date is a fact you cannot judge the age of.
No invented numbers
We do not publish fee percentages, shipping rates, delivery estimates or ratings. They move, and a stale figure that looks authoritative is worse than no figure.
Links are tested
Every outbound link was checked as reachable before publication rather than assumed from a URL pattern. Category links go to real category pages.
About CSSBuy itself
CSSBuy publishes two operating entities in its own site footer. We reproduce them here because readers reasonably want to know who is holding their money and their goods.
